THE BROKERAGE MODEL
How Real's split and cap work
Agents pay Real 15% of each commission until those payments reach their yearly cap. After that, a flat fee per sale replaces the 15%. A yearly brokerage fee and a per-deal CBR fee apply before and after cap. Team members may also pay a team split under a separate team agreement. The number to check is your total yearly cost at your own production.

How stock and revenue share work
Agents can choose to buy Real stock with part of each commission, and Real grants stock awards that vest over time. Revenue share is a portion of Real's 15% split paid to an agent's sponsors, and it follows production and eligibility rules. Neither should be presented as promised income.

JOINING
What the application asks for
The application asks for your license details, your current brokerage, your team if you have one, and your sponsor. Read the independent contractor agreement before you sign it. Your sponsor is locked in once you sign. License transfer rules vary by state.

Choose the sponsor who influenced you.
Your Real sponsor is named on your application and is separate from a team leader. A sponsor does not change your commission split. Review your choice before signing.
